Delete your Il Fornaccio account
You can delete your account and its associated data from the Il Fornaccio app or your customer area on the website.
In the app
Open the tab Account, then choose Delete my account and confirm your request.
On the website
Sign in to your customer area, then use the account deletion option.

Send your request from the email address linked to your account to info@il-fornaccio.be. We will only ask for the information needed to verify that the account belongs to you.
Data deleted or retained
Deletion removes sessions, devices, social connections and favourites. Past orders are detached from your account and their personal data is anonymised. Some strictly necessary information may be retained for the applicable accounting, legal or security periods.
If an order is still in progress, it must be completed or cancelled before deletion so it can be prepared and collected.
