Terms and conditions of sale

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Il Fornaccio and anyone making a purchase through the Il Fornaccio website or mobile app.

2. Orders

Orders placed on the website or in the app are for collection only, at a time chosen from the available slots. Il Fornaccio reserves the right to cancel an order from a customer involved in a dispute over payment of a previous order.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Payment is due immediately upon ordering using the secure online payment methods offered at checkout, including payment cards and other methods compatible with the secure payment page.

An order is only considered accepted by Il Fornaccio after payment has been confirmed. If payment fails, is cancelled or expires, the order may be cancelled automatically.

Payment on collection may be offered to certain customer accounts that have previously collected an Il Fornaccio order. When this option is available and selected, the order is confirmed without online payment and the full amount is due on collection.

4. Collection and delivery

Products must be collected at Rue d'Anthée 3A, 5620 Morville. Delivery is not offered. The customer chooses a preferred collection time when ordering.

5. Cancellation, returns and withdrawal

Under the applicable rules for perishable food products, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the order has been confirmed and preparation has begun.

If you have made a mistake in your order, contact us as soon as possible on 0456 / 32 71 64. Cancellation or changes are only possible before preparation has begun. Food prepared to order cannot be returned, except in the event of an error attributable to Il Fornaccio.

6. Allergens

The main allergens are shown on product cards before ordering. Customers must report any allergy or intolerance in the designated basket field. For a severe allergy, we recommend contacting Il Fornaccio before ordering.
